Spar Supermarket Outlet Renovation – SK Drafting Rockhampton

Conversion from a rundown commercial building with multiple leases to a modern supermarket outlet was a huge task. Utilising the space available without increasing the building footprint was the ultimate goal. All of the existing services had to be replaced or adjusted and natural light into the building was considered and achieved. The final product is a testament to the Builders’ and Owners’ input throughout the construction and interior design process.

Approach

Our approach for this project was to meet the expectations structurally with our clients needs and to design the interior to accommodate all space requirements. The construction process had certain existing issues that needed to be solved with the Builder and overall a successful result was achieved.
