This house has been designed by the Owner to have 4 bedrooms, study, utility room, 2 bathrooms, living areas around the kitchen and family room leading to rear patio area. Having a floor layout shape with a 45 degree section at the southern end required some different shapes to some rooms and makes the layout very unique.
