Savon Villas - Multi residential unit complex - SK Drafting Rockhampton

From a large old soap factory site, this Multi Residential Unit Complex was a much needed facility for our ageing population in Rockhampton. Design was for 8 – 2 Bedroom Units and 4 – 3 Bedroom Units with single car accommodation and ample visitor carparking. A gated entry ensures security and privacy for all occupants.

Approach

Site works design for this project was critical determining the final layout and design of these units. Consideration for suitable access, outdoor spaces and carparking was a major part of the design process as well as unit layouts. 6 sets of Duplex Buildings were designed to suitably fit with all other site constraints and the final result works in well with the amenity of the area.
