Skippy’s Early Learning Centre Extension
With the ever increasing population of the Gracemere area, it was required for the existing premises to expand. Without markedly disturbing the existing facility, a new standalone building was designed to integrate all outdoor areas with the existing. As the existing facility only had a limited carparking area, the new facility was designed to accommodate all staff and visitor spaces for compliance requirements.

Approach

As with all Early Learning Centres, numerous code specifications apply and all accesses, room sizes, amenity locations, outdoor spaces required specific design criteria. Under the direction of the Owners, a successful result was achieved.
